Terms of Service

1. The terms 'we', 'us’ and 'our' as used herein refer to Visa Genie Limited and the terms 'you', 'client' and 'your' as used herein refers to all individuals and/or the entities they represent jointly or severally.
2. By placing an order with us or by clicking to accept or agree to the terms, where this option is made available to you by Visa Genie Limited in the user interface for any service, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these 'Terms and Conditions'. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing the order.
3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, and the client agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
5. By instructing Visa Genie Limited to act as your agent for the provision of visas and other related services, you agree to all the terms set out below. No servant or agent of Visa Genie Limited is permitted to vary these terms unless expressly authorised in writing to do so. However any servant or agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.
6. Visa Genie Limited reserves the right to refuse in its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need be given. Visa Genie Limited reserves the right to decline processing of documents for any reason whatsoever and at its total discretion, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, and degree of difficulty in obtaining such documents due to purpose of travel. Visa Genie Limited shall not be responsible for any loss of time or money owing to its decision to decline processing of documents.
7. All content, designs, text, graphics, software compilations and source codes on this website are the copyright of Visa Genie Limited and/or its content providers. Reproduction of part or all of the contents of this website in any form is prohibited other than for individual use only and may not be recopied and shared with a third party. The permission to recopy by an individual does not allow for incorporation of material or any part of it in any work or publication, whether in hard copy, electronic, or any other form. Any other use of the website without prior written consent from Visa Genie Limited is strictly forbidden.

1. The services of Visa Genie Limited is limited to submitting your visa application and later collection the passport from the embassy or consulate of the country the visa is required for. We do not have any control what so ever on the outcome of your application or the time the concerned visa section may take in processing your application. Hence Visa Genie Limited shall not be held responsible and will not accept any responsibility for losses or damages owing to such events. We provide advice and assistance in filling the applications, however the reliability of any such information is not guaranteed by us. Clients are requested to check with the embassy in concern or its visa section before filling up any information on the application forms.
2. Visa Genie Limited will use its best endeavors’ to process applications for visas as per the client's request. However, Visa Genie Limited shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate or its visa section, embassy or its visa section or passport office in delaying, refusing visa request, issuance of wrong visa or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever.
3. Visa Genie Limited will not be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with: 
   (a) Incomplete application forms or
   (b) Incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or
   (c) Inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon, Visa Genie Limited. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that consulate and in such cases open tickets should be obtained.
4. The processing times for visas and other documentation mentioned or suggested by us on our website, any promotional material or verbally over the telephone are approximations based on our experience with embassies, and consulates. These are deemed reliable in most cases but are NOT guaranteed. Applicants should make travel arrangements only after obtaining appropriate visa.
5. Visa Genie Limited will use its best endeavors to provide accurate and reliable information at all times to process applications as requested by the client. However, requirements and fees related to the processing of, visas and related services are outside the control of Visa Genie Limited and subject to change without prior notice. These include, but are not limited to, embassy fees, application fees, additional documentation, application forms, and processing time. Visa Genie Limited does not accept responsibility for any changes in requirements or fees and reserve the right to pass on any increased charges.
6. Visa Genie Limited provides carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times and Visa Genie Limited shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.
7. Unless instructions are made in writing Visa Genie Limited shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client and/or as being in the best interest of the client and any charges for such services rendered shall be wholly the responsibility of the client.
8. Visa Genie Limited will at all times endeavor to process applications according to clients' request. However it is the responsibility of the client to check the validity of the passport, visa or document issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number or entries required and is also valid for the purpose of trip.

1. You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of being dispatched for lodging at the embassy. The only charge that could then be made would be for miscellaneous charges incurred up to that point and for charges in returning the passport to the owner. You cannot cancel your order once the application is made to the respective embassy. In most cases we aim to make an application as soon as we receive the documents for processing.
2. Where an order is cancelled by the client before lodgment, Visa Genie Limited will return to the client all documents that had been provided by the client and will immediately refund the amount paid by the client to Visa Genie. The cancellation request needs to be made in writing. Additional information may be required to establish the identity of the client.
3. Any cancellation request received after the lodgment of the application will not be considered as embassies or their visa section do not refund visa fees after the application is made and in such event no refund of visa fee or our service fee will made to the client.

1. For any delivery of passports or documents by Visa Genie Limited by post or courier, Visa Genie Limited will be acting as an agent following client instructions. In absence of any clear instructions, Visa Genie will send documents using Royal Mail Services. In any case, all documents sent by post or courier by Visa Genie Limited will be the sole responsibility of the client and not that of Visa Genie Limited.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Visa Genie Limited will send the documents to the Client by Royal Mail and subject to the conditions thereof. Where collection or/and delivery by another delivery service provider is specified by the client, Visa Genie Limited shall use its reasonable endeavors’ to appoint a reputable delivery service provider, and delivery of the documents shall be subject to the conditions thereof.
3. Visa Genie Limited shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, damage or destruction of documents or passports by any delivery service provider selected by clients themselves or by Visa Genie Limited.
